2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup low sodium, low fat veggie broth
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup cooked vegetable (any kind like sweet potatoes, zucchini, collard, turnip greens, raisins, dill weed, etc)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine flour. Mix in veggie broth and vegetable(s). Add enough cold water to form a ball. Roll out dough to 1/2" and using a cookie cutter, cut into shapes (your choice—I like to use one shaped like a bone or a heart). Place on a non-stick cookie sheet & bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.
