Interesting :)

I assume they are eating land snails, right??? Or would they be able to snare Apples who go out of the water to lay? I would think the Operculum (is that spelt right?) would keep them out??

I know, you probably don't know the answers to these, just wanted to post them :)

It has to be landsnails. My landsnails have no trapdoor. Landsnails have no defense at all against this sort of predator. Hawaii already has the Rosywolf snail that preys on landsnails. They are in Florida too. This is not good news.
Half of Hawaii's landsnails are now gone forever by introduced predators.
Also disturbing that so many hybrids and animals are changeing their normal behaviors.
