Do I need a permit to give a fish store brigs?

The permits are for shipping across state lines. If you're selling them to a store, you shouldn't need to have one.
If you bite and ravage each other, watch out--in no time at all you will be annihilating each other, and where will your precious freedom be then? (The Message G. 5:15).

Why would you be sad? You should be able to sell to a local LFS with no problems :)
